The Resparkable Vintage Etsy Shop Has Reopened!
I swore to myself I would reopen my Etsy shop at the end of last week, no matter what.
And so no matter what, I did.
I did it very quietly, and opened it with only ONE single item being for sale. Now I’m up to two. And lookout, but it’s soon to be three!
It may SOUND like I’m rushing into things before really being ready. Why open up a store when I’ve only listed two items to sell? But I have so not rushed into this. Believe me when I say, I have taken my slow and sweet time. My shop has been closed over a year now, and other than making a few things for friends, I haven’t been creating much jewelry lately.
Which honestly, now that I think about it, is probably why I am so stoked ,excited and ready to get back to it. The break was long, but I think it was also a great thing for me, creatively.
So, I just couldn’t put it off any longer. It seems February is the perfect month for reopening my Reparklable Vintage etsy shop back up. It’s great for shoppers because it’s seems like the darkest and coldest month in most places. I think the idea of shopping online in warm flannel pjs while sipping on a hot toddy sounds so great, don’t you?!
For me, I wanted to open my shop in February because it’s the month of LOVE. Not only is it Valentine’s Day, but also both of my dogs turn 8 this month, my favorite (and only) brother has a birthday this month, and hey! Baby, it’s COLD outside. I wanna be inside making jewelry, taking pictures of it and listing it for shoppers like nobody elses’ business!!!
I’m happy to be back at this. I love vintage jewelry. SO MUCH. And now, it’s time to get back to rolling around in it, making a mess of my studio, and creating some things that will put some new sparkle on some old treasures.
