While The Shop Is Closed...

You may have noticed, I've been MIA for several months.  I closed up my Resparkable Vintage shop this past winter.  And I haven't been updating the blog.

And believe me, it's been painful to stay away.

All of my jewelry supplies and inventory have been packed up in boxes for many months as we were selling our house in Dallas, while hunting for our new home here in Colorado.  It's been pretty all-consuming. And it's taken longer than I hoped it would.

But there is a sparkly light at the end of the tunnel, finally.  The Dallas house is sold, and we have found our dream home in Roxborough Park.  We head back to Dallas next weekend to pack it all up, and move it on OUT.  But... our house in Rox Park won't be available for us until mid-June.  So, we won't be unboxing things anytime soon. Boo hoo.

It's true what they say- absence makes the heart grow fonder- at least when we're talking about my love of vintage jewelry.  It's going to feel like Christmas morning once I start setting up my studio and get to unpack those boxes full of all things Resparkable Vintage.

Although the Resparkable Vintage shop won't reopen for a while still, I do have some things worth sharing on this blog.  I've been busying myself with not only house hunting but vintage jewelry hunting too!  I've discovered an antique mall and of course I've been going to estate sales because yes! Colorado has plenty of them also! I've also been studying up and learning a few new things. SO LOOK OUT!  Until the shop re-opens in a few months, I'll try to keep things entertaining here on the blog with a weekly post.  Thank you for hanging in there with me.
